After a fortuitous first visit to the Alpes Maritimes in 2001, Liz Lord and her husband Mel Jones decided that life in the Mercantour was a must.  Liz is Francophile in orientation, having travelled much of the world, and is dedicated to growing awareness of the region. Mel is the only Welshman in the Vésubie Valley, an outdoor adventurer of many years, and an International Mountain Leader/Accompagnateur.

Well integrated in the rural community they now run an adventure and walking company called Spacebetween in the Vésubie Valley and enjoy being surrounded by mountains and every conceivable outdoor activity possible - all just an hour away from the hot bed of the French Riviera.
